Show Me Shorts
A NZ site for the Show Me Shorts film festival with really good hints for short film making and also links to the competition, a DVD of short films and links to videos of film makers talking about their films. Great if you are doing short film as a topic for practical work.

If you're after stock video, here's a good one for old-fashioned black and white instructional films, government movies and all that kind of thing.
